Our street dance club recently joined a big competition called "Walking with the People 2025" at the Changhua County Council. Among many great teams, our students performed very well and made it to the finals. They won 3rd place! With strong dancing skills and great teamwork, they showed everyone their energy and power. Everyone was impressed by their amazing show on stage.

We want to say thank you to our teacher, Mr. Chen, and our principal for their support. Also, a big thank you to all the parents for cheering for the kids. Seven students worked very hard for this award. Their sweat and practice finally turned into a great success. Huatan Junior High is very proud of you! We hope the street dance club keeps dancing and shining in the future.

The 2025 Taiwan Reading Festival was a big and exciting event in Taipei. Many countries like Sweden and Denmark joined this special day. Huatan Junior High School was the only school from Changhua invited to the festival! Our students were very brave and active. They acted as "SDGs Ambassadors" and taught people how to protect the Earth. Many people were surprised by how much our students knew and gave them a big "thumbs up."

Our teachers and parents were very proud to see the students talking so confidently. Learning is not just about books; it is also about helping the world. Our students showed that they have a "global mind" by explaining international goals to the public. They were like little stars on a big stage! This experience helped our students grow and showed everyone that Huatan Junior High students are smart and responsible world citizens.

The Huatan Junior High War Drum team won First Place at the 114th National Folk Sports Competition. Our students performed very well and received the highest "Superior" award. Their drumming was loud and powerful, and the judges liked it very much. This prize shows that our students work very hard and have great talent. We are very proud of our amazing drum team!

We want to say a big thank you to our sponsors, Mr. Hong and Ms. Li, for helping our team for a long time. We also thank our coach, principal, teachers, and parents for their support. With everyone's help, our students can practice hard and learn to be brave. Thank you to all the parents who came to cheer for us. This victory is a wonderful gift for our school and our hardworking students!

Great news! Huatan Junior High School has won the "Outstanding School Award" in the 12th National Arts Education Contribution Awards. This is a very big honor from the Ministry of Education. We want to thank Governor Wang Huei-mei for her support. Our school is a beautiful place where every student can learn about art and beauty. We believe that every child has a "seed of art" inside them. We work hard to help these seeds grow into beautiful flowers.

Our school has many fun clubs, such as dancing, music, and drums. These clubs give students a stage to show their talents. Also, our students are very good at professional skills. They won gold medals in national painting competitions for two years! This makes our students feel very confident about their future. We want to thank all our teachers, parents, and volunteers. Together, we make art a part of our students' lives. We will keep working hard to make our school a happy and creative place for everyone!

From December 22 to 24, our Grade 9 students went on a wonderful three-day trip. With comfortable buses, nice hotels, and the help of our teachers and guides, everyone had a great time. This trip created many happy memories for our students.

On the first day, we visited Tianliao Moon World to see its unique landscape. Then, we went to the Pier-2 Art Center and the Great Harbor Bridge in Kaohsiung to take photos and enjoy the art. On the second day, students learned about science through fun activities at the National Science and Technology Museum. We also spent a fun afternoon at E-DA Theme Park. In the evening, we took a ride on the Kaohsiung Light Rail to see the beautiful city lights.

On the last day, we went to the National Museum of Taiwan History and the Tainan Art Museum to learn about history and art. Finally, we visited the Judicial Museum to learn about the law. This trip helped students learn new things outside the classroom and made their friendships stronger. It was an unforgettable experience for everyone.
